13 members defect from ISIL in Al-Raqqa

(Al-Raqqa) 13 members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) have defected yesterday in Saif Al-Dawlah street, in the city of Al-Raqqa, including four non-Syrian nationals, knowns as "Al-Muhajireen", after a number of activists and rebels secured their exit from the province.

Moreover, 42 ISIL members, the majority of whom being non-Syrian nationals, are said to be incarcerated by Abu Anas Al-Iraqi, one of the group's leaders in Al-Raqqa, for fear they might defect, awaiting further orders from ISIL's leadership.
